The AI Command Center lets you ask Red Belt Gym questions and give it tasks in plain language, such as finding students who stopped coming or comparing lead counts month to month. Reads happen right away. Anything that would change your account is proposed first and only happens after you approve it.
Note: Your gym owner must connect an AI provider key before the AI Command Center can answer. See our article on setting up the AI Command Center.
- On your computer, go to your Account.
- Click AI Command Center in the left-side menu.
- Use the example requests on the page as a guide:
- Find records: "Show me all active students who haven't attended in the last 30 days."
- Compare & report: "How many leads did we get last month compared with the month before?"
- Take an action: "Pull up John Smith and freeze his membership through September 30."
- Build an automation: "Create an automation that tags a trial student and texts them when they haven't attended for 7 days."
- Type your request in the Ask Red Belt AI... box, then click the send arrow. You can also click the microphone to speak your request.
- Read the answer. If the AI proposes a change, such as freezing a membership or creating an automation, review it carefully and approve it only if it's correct.
- Click + New conversation to start a new topic. Use Search conversations to find an earlier conversation in the list.
