Ask Red Belt Gym for records, reports and actions in plain language, running on an AI provider key you supply.

What It Does
The AI Command Center sits in your side menu and works the way any other AI assistant does: you type what you want in plain language and it goes and does it across your own school’s data. It can search your records, analyze them, put a report together, and prepare actions and automations for you.
- ✓ Pull a report together and analyze what the numbers are doing
- ✓ See whether sales are trending up or down
- ✓ Find every membership that is currently frozen
- ✓ Find the students who have not been in for 30, 60 or 90 days
- ✓ Build an automation without opening the automation builder
What to Ask For
Four examples of the kind of thing it handles:
- Find records
“Show me all active students who haven’t attended in the last 30 days.”
- Compare & report
“How many leads did we get last month compared with the month before?”
- Take an action
“Pull up John Smith and freeze his membership through September 30.”
- Build an automation
“Create an automation that tags a trial student and texts them when they haven’t attended for 7 days.”
Nothing Changes Without Your Approval
Reading and analyzing happen immediately — there is nothing to confirm when you ask a question. Anything that would change Red Belt Gym is different: it is proposed to you first and waits for your explicit approval before it runs. You see what it intends to do before it does it.
An automation it writes for you works the same way, and you are not stuck with the version it drafted. Choose to edit it and the automation opens in its own window, where you can change whatever you like before you publish it.
It Runs on Your Own Key
The AI Command Center uses an AI provider account that you supply rather than a key bundled with your plan. Red Belt Gym currently integrates with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini and OpenRouter, so you can pick the provider you already use, choose a different model for each job, and change your mind later.
Billing and usage sit between you and the provider.
Setting Up the Command Center
Setup is two steps: add a key, then choose which model handles each job. Our guide walks through both with every menu named: Set Up the AI Command Center.
