Common Questions & Troubleshooting

How do I buy more credits?

Click your profile picture at the top right, then click Buy Credits. See our article on buying credits.

What uses credits?

Outgoing and incoming calls, outgoing and incoming text messages (including bulk, automation and notification group texts), and recording transcriptions.

Why did one text use more than one credit?

Long messages are split into several texts, and messages sent to a notification group use one credit per person in the group. The Message sent column shows how many messages went out.

Why does a transcription use several credits?

Transcription credits depend on the length of the recording. Longer recordings use more credits.

Who can see the Credit Report?

If you don't see Credit management on your Setup page, your login doesn't have access to it. Ask your gym owner.
