Create Product Colors & Sizes

Set up the colors and sizes your gear comes in, so you can add them as variants when you create products.

Colors and sizes you add here appear when you add variants to a product, such as a rash guard in Black, size M.

Add a Product Color

  1. Visit redbeltgym.com.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Click Setup in the left-side menu.
  4. Under Contacts & contracts, click Customizations.The Customizations tile on the Setup page
  5. Click the Product colors tab, then click Add color. Each color shows how many products use it.
  6. Enter a Color name.
  7. Under Color, click a swatch, or enter your own color code.
  8. Click Save, or Save & new to add another color.The Add color window with the color name, swatches and Save button

Add a Product Size

  1. Click the Product sizes tab, then click Add size. Each size shows how many products use it.
  2. Enter a Size name, such as XS, M, A2 for a gi or 10 oz for gloves.
  3. Click Save, or Save & new to add another size.The Add size window with the Size name field and the Save button

Drag sizes in the list to set the order they appear in when you add variants.

Use Colors and Sizes on a Product

When you add or edit a product, click Add variant(s) and choose the colors and sizes it comes in. See Manage Product Inventory.

How do I edit or delete a color or size?

Click the ⋮ button next to it, then choose Edit or Delete.

Can I add a size that isn't in the list while I'm adding variants?

Yes. On the Add variants page, type it in the Custom size box and click Add.
