The Phone Gets Answered Even When You Are on the Mats
An AI assistant picks up the calls your team cannot — right away, or only after nobody reaches the phone — and hands the call to staff when it should. Off until you turn it on.
The Problem: A Ringing Phone and a Class in Session
Whether you run a BJJ academy, MMA gym, karate dojo, or Muay Thai school, you're probably dealing with:
The phone rings while you are on the mats
Callers hang up rather than leave a voicemail
Trial enquiries arrive after hours and go cold
Nobody knows what was said on the call
A prospective student who calls during class and reaches a voicemail usually calls the next school on their list instead.
A First Line, Not a Wall
Let the AI pick up, or let it wait for you
Right away, or only when nobody reaches the phone.
Choose how a call is handled. Right away means the AI answers on the first ring. If no one picks up means the call rings your team first and the AI only steps in after the number of rings you set, anywhere from one to ten, with the page showing roughly how many seconds that is. Either way the call still ends up with a person when it should: the AI can hand a call over to staff.
It runs on your own AI key
Your provider, your account, your bill.
AI calls use a key you add yourself, one that can handle voice. The key stays yours and is never shared, and usage is billed by your provider directly to you rather than marked up by us. You choose the model, and you can change it whenever you like.
Answering only when your school is closed
Call configurations carry their own schedule.
Each configuration has days and times of its own, so you can leave staff answering through class hours and let the AI take the evenings, weekends and holidays. Add a greeting before the handover, or forward to another number first. The page shows what callers experience as you build it, so you can read the whole flow before you save.
Read the call back afterwards
Recordings, transcripts and a scored review.
Calls can be transcribed and then run through an AI performance analysis that scores the conversation and sets out what went well, where it fell down, coaching feedback and the key moments. It works on your staff calls too, which makes it as much a training tool as a safety net.
Nothing changes until you say so
AI answering takes two deliberate steps: add a voice-capable AI key in AI Setup, then set a call configuration to let the AI receive calls. Until both are done, every call rings your staff exactly as it does today.
What You Get
Answer right away or on a delay
The AI picks up on the first ring, or waits out one to ten rings so your team gets the chance first.
Handover to staff
A call that needs a person becomes a call with a person. The AI does not hold on to it.
Your own voice-capable key
Bring a key that handles voice, pick the model, and pay your provider directly. Red Belt Software never asks you for it.
Schedules per configuration
Days and times of its own, so after-hours answering does not change how the phone behaves during class.
Greetings and forwarding
Play a greeting before the AI takes over, or forward to another number first, depending on how the call is set to answer.
Recordings, transcripts and analysis
Every call can be transcribed and scored, with coaching feedback and the moments that mattered.
