Set Up Sales Tax

Turn on the Program tax switch and make sure a rate is entered. Program tax only applies while the switch is on.

Red Belt Gym adds sales tax at checkout. Products and programs each have their own rate on the Taxes card in Payment Setup.

Note: Only the gym owner can see Payment Setup.

Visit redbeltgym.com.
Sign in to your account.
Click Setup in the left-side menu.
Under Gym & account, click Payment Setup. You can also type "tax" in Search setup.
Find the Taxes card. Each rate shows an example, such as "$100 product → $8.25 tax".
To set the product tax, click Edit on Product tax, enter the Tax rate (up to 2 decimals, such as 8.25), and click Save changes. Product tax is always applied at checkout.
To charge tax on programs, turn on the Program tax switch, click Edit, enter the rate, and click Save changes.
