Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions & Troubleshooting

Why isn't a contact in an automation I expected?

Check that the automation is turned on and that the contact matched its trigger after it was published. Automations don't run for things that happened before they were turned on.

How do I stop a contact from getting more messages from an automation?

Remove them from the automation on their profile, or use Automation › Remove from automation on the Contacts page. You can also turn off the whole automation from the Automations list.

Why is a contact's automation list empty?

The list only shows automations the contact has been added to or completed.
