Each product card shows its price, how many of each size are left, and how many sold in the last 30 days. Red Belt Gym lowers the stock count when a product is sold and raises it when you restock.
Open Products
- Visit redbeltgym.com.

Add a Product
- Click Add a product.

- Under Primary details:
- Choose a Category, or type a new one to create it.
- Enter the Product name. The SKU fills in from the name, or you can type your own.
- Enter the Price.
- Optional: enter a Low-stock alert number. You'll be warned when stock drops to it.
- Tick Add tax if sales tax applies, and Returnable product if it can be returned.

- Optional: under Product images, click Add image(s). You can add up to 10 PNG or JPG images, up to 5 MB each. Click the star on an image to make it the main one.
- Optional: under Vendors, click Add another vendor to choose who you buy this product from, or Create a new vendor. The preferred vendor is picked for you when you restock or record a purchase.

- Under Variants & inventory, choose one:
- No colors or sizes: set the Stock to Limited and enter how many units you have, or choose Unlimited for things like drop-in passes.
- Colors or sizes: click Add variant(s). See the next section.
- Click Save product, or Save & new to add another.

Add Sizes and Colors (Variants)
Each size or color combination is a variant with its own stock, price and SKU. For example, a body shield that comes in 14 sizes has 14 variants.
- On the product, click Add / Edit variants. If the product already has variants, they're listed with each one's price, stock and low-stock alert.

- Under Colors, click + Add colors, or leave it if the product only comes in sizes.
- Under Sizes, click each size the product comes in, or type a Custom size and click Add.
- Under Create variants, generate every combination, or click Add a variant to add only the ones you sell.
- Under Variants, set each variant's price and stock. Use Apply to all to give every variant the same price and stock. Click Remove on any you don't sell.
- Click the save button. It shows how many variants you're saving, such as Save 14 variants.

The colors and sizes you can pick here are set up in Setup › Customizations. See Create Product Colors & Sizes.
Restock a Product
- On the product's card, click Restock.
- Choose Add received stock for a new delivery or returned items, or Correct stock count for damaged or miscounted items.
- Under Where did this stock come from?, choose the Vendor, enter the Unit cost and an optional Invoice / reference. This is counted in the Vendor spend report.

- Use + and − to enter how many units arrived for each variant. Leave a variant at 0 to skip it. New total shows the stock after the restock.
- Click Add units.

The card updates to show the new stock for each size.

Correct a Stock Count
If items are damaged or your count is off, fix the number instead of adding stock.
- On the product's card, click Restock, then click Correct stock count.
- Under Counted, enter the number you actually have. Change shows the difference.
- Choose a Reason: Damaged or Miscounted.
- Click Update stock.

Tip: Have the vendor's invoice? Record a purchase instead. It adds the stock and records what you paid in one step.
