Note: This setting affects every call to your school.

  1. Visit redbeltgym.com.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Click Setup in the left-side menu.
  4. Under Communication, click Spam Call Protection.Setup page with the Spam Call Protection tile highlighted
  5. Under Call screening & verification, choose one option. Protection on shows in the corner once an option is chosen.
    • Label suspicious calls (Recommended): suspicious calls still ring through, but they're marked "Spam Likely" so staff can decide whether to answer.
    • Block suspicious calls: suspicious calls are rejected before they reach anyone. Real callers flagged by mistake won't get through.

  6. Review Call protection statistics to see how many calls were blocked, labeled as spam, or came through as legitimate. Each card shows the count for the chosen period, its share of all calls, and the all-time total. Use the menu on the right to change the period.
Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions & Troubleshooting

Will I miss real calls if I block suspicious calls?

It's possible. A real caller could be flagged as spam. Start with Label suspicious calls and switch to blocking only if spam becomes a problem.

Where do I see spam-labeled calls?

They appear in the Communication Log. See our article on viewing the communication log.
