View the Communication Log

See every call, text and email with your contacts in one place, and listen to or transcribe recorded calls.

The Communication Log shows every call, text and email between your school and your contacts in one list, with call recordings, transcripts and AI analysis.

  1. Visit redbeltgym.com.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Click the headset icon at the top of any page. The cards at the top show unique contacts, texts and calls, recorded calls, credits used and AI-analyzed calls for the selected period.
  4. Use the filters to narrow the list: the date range (for example, Last 30 days), Direction, Staff, Recording and AI score. Search by contact name, number or email.
  5. Click All, Calls, SMS or Email to show one type of communication.The search box, the filters and the All, Calls, SMS and Email buttons
  6. Click the play button to listen to a recorded call. Click Transcribe to create a written transcript of the call.

Note: Transcribing a call uses credits from your account.

What are credits?

Calls, texts and transcripts use credits. Click View credit report on the credits card to see how they were used. See our article on viewing credit usage.

Where can I see one contact's history?

Open the contact's profile and click the Inbox tab. See sending a text message.
