  2. Under Details, enter a Configuration name, such as "Weekday evenings", and leave Status set to Active.
  3. Under Schedule, click the days this configuration covers, then set the start and end times. Use Quick pick for Every day or All day, and click Add another time slot for a second set of days or times. Times use your gym's time zone. Your week on the right shows which hours are covered.Details and Schedule sections of a new call configuration
  4. Under Call handling, choose the Call response:
    • Receive calls: choose Ring my team (calls ring staff in Red Belt on the web and the app) or Forward to a number (send calls to a mobile or another line). Turn on Play a greeting first and choose a greeting if callers should hear a message before the call connects.
    • AI receives calls: an AI assistant answers. See our article on setting up AI phone calls.
