Nearly every screen a school uses each day has been redesigned or rebuilt, and four new capabilities ship alongside them.
October 30, 2026
This is the largest release we have shipped: 463 portal files rebuilt or updated, nearly twice our previous record of 259, and more than 90 backend services alongside three new ones. All of it was tested on our staging site before going live.
What it means day to day is less time hunting for things and more done from one place. New owners and staff are walked through setup and their first sales. Stock, vendors and bills now live next to the products they belong to.
What Was Rebuilt
- ✓Setup — every page redesigned, with one search across all of it, in-use counts and safe deletes everywhere
- ✓Contacts — type chips with live counts, 28 filters, your own columns, and a Do Not Contact check before any bulk send
- ✓Profile — grouped tabs with counts, check-ins for any date, rank history, and card replacement that keeps programs running
- ✓Dashboard — 15 widgets you can rename, reorder and disable, each person's layout their own
- ✓Users and permissions — a tabbed editor, access per report, and AI and Magic Ads switches per staff member
- ✓Reports — clearer AI Performance and Credit reports
Four New Capabilities
- Guided Onboarding
A built-in guide that highlights where to click on the real pages and ticks each step off only when the work is actually saved. Seven steps to set a school up, three to train a staff member.
- Product Inventory
Stock for every product and variant, low-stock alerts, and selling that will not let you oversell — even when two staff sell the last unit at the same moment.
- Vendor Management
The vendors you buy from, with purchases, bills, payments and spend. Map an invoice line to your product once and that supplier’s wording is matched for you on the next invoice.
- AI Phone Calls
AI can answer incoming calls and hand a call over to staff. Disabled until you enable it, so nothing changes until you want it to.
Buying and Selling Now Join Up
Products, stock and vendors are one loop rather than three lists. Record a purchase from a vendor and the stock lands against the right products and variants. Sell at the counter and it comes back out, with a check that stops two staff selling the same last unit. Bills and payments sit with the vendor they belong to, so what you owe and what you have spent are in the same place as what you bought.
Two new reports read off that loop: Vendor Spend and Product.
Rollout
The release went live on October 30 at redbeltgym.com and was verified afterwards. There was no downtime and staff stayed logged in — anyone who had the portal open beforehand needs one page refresh to pick up the new version.
Still to come: Amplify and Magic Google Ads are in preparation for a later release. Signing upgrade agreements in the student app, and vendors and stock in the staff mobile app, are ready on our side and will arrive with the next app update.
Every area above is documented step by step in the Learning Center.
