When the Phone Rings, It Should Be Worth Answering
Suspicious calls to your school get labeled “Spam Likely” or refused outright — your choice — and you get the numbers showing how many there were.
The Problem: A Phone Nobody Wants to Pick Up
Whether you run a BJJ academy, MMA gym, karate dojo, or Muay Thai school, you're probably dealing with:
Staff stop trusting the phone and let it ring
Class gets interrupted by a robocall
A real enquiry gets ignored with the junk
Nobody knows how much of it there actually is
A phone your team has learned to ignore costs more than the robocalls do — the enquiry that gets ignored with them is the expensive part.
Screen the Junk, Keep the Enquiries
Label it, or refuse it at the door
One setting, two honest choices.
Under Call screening & verification you pick how suspicious calls are handled. Label suspicious calls lets them ring through marked "Spam Likely", so whoever is at the desk decides in a glance. Block suspicious calls rejects them before anyone hears a ring. Labeling is the recommended starting point, because blocking is absolute: a real caller wrongly flagged does not get through.

Call protection statistics.
Three cards show how many calls were blocked, how many were labeled spam and how many came through as legitimate. Each gives the count for the period you choose, its share of all your calls, and the all-time total. That is what tells you whether to leave it on labeling or move to blocking: a number, instead of a feeling about how bad the week was.
It applies to the whole school at once
One tile in Setup, under Communication.
Spam Call Protection is a school-level setting, not something each staff member configures. Choose an option and Protection on appears in the corner, so anyone opening the page can see the school is covered. Calls that were labeled still land in the Communication Log, so you can look back at what was screened rather than wondering what the filter ate.
What You Get
Label suspicious calls
Calls ring through marked "Spam Likely" so your team can judge for themselves. The recommended setting.
Block suspicious calls
Suspicious calls are rejected before they reach anyone, for schools where the volume has stopped being a nuisance and started being a problem.
Protection on indicator
Once an option is chosen the page says so in the corner, so nobody has to guess whether it was ever set.
Blocked, labeled and legitimate counts
For the period you pick, with each number as a share of all calls and an all-time total beside it.
Screened calls stay in the log
Labelled calls appear in the Communication Log with everything else, so the screening is reviewable rather than invisible.
Nothing to install
It is a setting in your own account, applied to every call to the school, with no handset app or carrier add-on.
