Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions & Troubleshooting

How do I know a change was saved?

A notice appears in the corner of the screen after each save. Many actions can be undone from that notice.

Why does Red Belt warn me before I delete something?

Setup pages check where an item is used before you delete it. For example, a status that contacts still use can't be deleted by mistake, and deleting a program category moves its programs to Uncategorized.

I can't find a setting I used before.

Use Search setup on the Setup home page or in Switch setup. Credit usage is now in Reports › Credit Report, and sales tax is in Setup › Payment Setup.
