Read the AI Performance Report

See how your team's call scores are trending, which interaction types need coaching, and the recurring patterns across every AI-analyzed call.

By Red Belt Team | Last Update: October 31, 2026

The AI Performance Report gathers the results of every call and in-person recording you have run an AI analysis on, so you can compare staff members, spot the interaction types that need work, and see patterns you would not catch one call at a time.

Only recordings you have analyzed appear here. See our articles on setting up transcription and AI analysis and running an analysis on a recording.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions & Troubleshooting

Why is a call missing from the report?

The report only covers recordings that have had an AI analysis run on them. A recording that has only been transcribed, or not touched at all, does not appear. Read our article on reviewing call recordings and AI analysis to run one.

What does No Grade mean?

An interaction marked No Grade has been analyzed but not scored, so it is counted in the total analyzed and shown separately rather than averaged in. The Average score card covers graded calls only.

Does Find recurring patterns cost anything?

It uses the AI provider connected to your account, so your provider's usage charges may apply. The result is saved to the staff member, so opening it again later is free.
