Update Your Personal Details

Change the name, photo and country on your own Red Belt Gym staff profile.

Personal Details is your own profile, the way you appear in Red Belt Gym. Every staff member can update their own.

  1. Visit redbeltgym.com.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Click Setup in the left-side menu.
  4. Under Gym & account, click Personal Details.Setup page with the Personal Details tile highlighted
  5. In the Profile & preferences card:
    • Click the camera icon on your photo to upload a new one (PNG, JPEG or JPG, up to 5 MB).
    • Update your Full name. You can also click the pencil next to your name.
    • Choose your Country. It sets phone codes and regional formats.

Change Your Password

The Password & security card on the same page changes the password you use to sign in. See our article on resetting your password.

Common Questions & Troubleshooting

Can I change my email address here?

No. Your Email is used to sign in, so it's locked on this page. Contact Red Belt support to change it.

Is this the same as Gym Details?

No. Personal Details is your own staff profile. Your school's name, email, time zone and attendance settings are under Setup › Gym Details. See our article on setting up your gym details.
